Andy and Phyllis Prosser dreamed of creating a friendly, no-fuss local watering hole where everyone feels welcome. And for more than three decades, they delivered.

Over the years, the restaurant has become one of the Valley’s favorite dive bars. Whether it’s the crispy oysters, a burger and beer, or a summer afternoon on the patio, Conway’s Pub & Eatery is a place where memories are made and stories are shared.

We’re lucky and thankful for the opportunity. This place has always been about community, and we’re proud to keep that going.

In early 2025, Nate and Connie Sheridan stepped in to carry the family legacy forward. The couple saw a chance to keep the beloved restaurant in the family and give it new life. They’ve freshened up the menu, re-energized the event calendar, and made cozy updates to the interior, all while staying true to the divey, down-home charm that locals love.
